3. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been linked or embedded on our Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

3.1 Required Information

Identification of the copyrighted work:
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
Identification of the infringing material:
The specific URL(s) on SEX3X where the allegedly infringing material appears. Be as specific as possible.
Your contact information:
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Statement of good faith belief:
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement of accuracy:
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your signature:

4. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

5. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Review the notice to ensure it meets DMCA requirements
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material (remove the link/embed from our site)
Notify the third-party host where the content is actually stored (if applicable)
Document the complaint for our records
Take action against repeat infringers as per our policy (Section 8)

Important: Since we do not host the content, complete removal requires the copyright owner to also file DMCA notices with the actual video hosting platforms.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent.

6.1 Counter-Notice Requirements

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, and telephone number
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which SEX3X may be found)
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

6.2 Counter-Notice Process

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

Forward the counter-notice to the original complainant
Wait 10-14 business days
Restore the material if the complainant does not file a court action

7. False Claims

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability.

Please do not make false claims. Penalties for false claims may include:

Damages and costs
Attorney's fees
Legal action

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

SEX3X maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may:

Remove links submitted by repeat infringers
Block access to certain features
Ban IP addresses associated with repeated violations
Cooperate with copyright owners to prevent infringement
